Ambassador Alex E. Kefas is a seasoned career diplomat with over thirty-three years of both local and international experience. After his early school days, he proceeded to the University of Poland where he obtained a Master’s degree in International Relations. Versatile, energetic, and friendly, Ambassador Alex followed up his career with a stint at Nigeria diplomatic Missions where he served diligently in various capacities as Nigeria’s representative as well as Charge d’ Affaires. These include Cuba, Poland, Romania, Libya, and Portugal.
During this period, he contributed immensely to ensuring Nigeria’s Foreign Policy objectives and national interests are paramount and protected at all levels of discussion.
Ambassador Alex is a father of three children and currently resides in Lisbon, Portugal as the Nigerian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary accredited to the Portuguese Republic.
